Later I went into a state between being awake and sleeping. It is very important to me to slow down the fast-paced everyday lives of those around me for a moment.\u00a0 Especially in today’s world, when almost everywhere it’s all about achieving ever faster, higher and further goals. This puts the nervous system under constant stress. Body, mind and soul are becoming more and more cut off from their actual essence, which is why it is so important to find your way back into your body through peace and silence.\u00a0 When the nervous system shuts down, you can really let yourself go into relaxation – let yourself fall into my hands – your nervous system shuts down completely, your body relaxes, your mind becomes calm and so your soul finally feels comfortable in your body again. Your soul comes back to you and you shine in your whole strength. This is what it feels like once we are in our power. I want to create this feeling together with you, for you, so that you can find your way back to yourself. This makes it easier for you to find this state and feel this feeling from time to time. I would like to help you become more mindful of the feeling when the stress curve gets too high, you can hardly feel your body anymore, you only breathe shallowly, and then you can stop on your own and find peace.\u00a0 I have been able to help many people on my journey so far and I want to continue to do so with all my heart in order to create inner peace and thus also create peace on the outside.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

to my passion and calling In 2015 I completed my training as an occupational therapist at Lake Constance. I then worked in a pediatric practice in Stuttgart. In 2017 I finally packed my backpack and set foot on the American continent.\u00a0 A few months later my path took me to Guatemala. I stayed there for the time being and was able to call this colorful country my home for two years. I lived in a small Mayan village where I was able to learn a lot about alternative and holistic healing methods.\u00a0 This place, on the beautiful Lake Atitlan, surrounded by volcanoes and green hills, radiates a special energy and still holds many ancient traditions and wisdom.\u00a0 In 2022 my path took me to Nepal, where I did a breathtaking 10-day tour in the Himalayas in the Annapurna National Park at 4200m to the Annapurna Basecamp. Nepal, the land of N-ever E-nding P-eace A-nd L-ove radiates 100% of this wonderful energy. From one side of the Himalayas I went to the other side, to an enchanting eco-farm with a singing bowl retreat with the most beautiful view that still gives me goosebumps today. The food came exclusively from donkeys, bees, oxen and goats and was one of the tastiest things I have ever eaten. And to top it all off, I was shown the art of singing bowls in the form of Nadi Chakra balancing.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
